Potpourri
The Return of the Web
As you can tell from my previous lengthy post, I am now home. I am somewhat settled in, except I have yet to unpack or anything of that nature, but getting into the swing of society. I suppose now that I make a real post, I am obligated to regularly update, that is if anyone still comes around this place.
School
My first year of college has started, so let me give you a quick rundown:
Ancient Civilizations: I really dig history despite all the reading. My professor, though very young, seems extremely knowledgeable so his lectures are very well done and therefore slightly less boring than this blog.
Spanish: I have already done three years of spanish, but I came back to Spanish one only to fill a language requirement and to steal the easy A. This class will be cake.
Math: Although I have gone all the way through Calculus, I tested poorly putting me back a few classes into College Algebra. I look at this as almost an advantage because I have a poor Algebra background, and all math is built off of Algebra, so I can be sure to be real concrete in the fundamentals before attempting Calculus III.
And that is it for classes. It is a light first quarter, which leaves plenty of time to work. Now I just need a job.
Employment
I have a possible lead at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse that I looked into today, but the manager was out. So I will check in again tomorrow. Working in a restaurant would be ideal, just to get serving experience so it can carry over into any other restaurant. And tips are good.
Hair
The most anticipated topic in this post: my hair. It is still growing - almost past my eyes now. A little out of control some may say, but it represents my life style: on the edge, sloppy and un-tamed. The edges are getting really curly and it will make for a good mullet when I do come to cut it. My only prayer is that it does not impair me from getting a job, in which case I will cut it.

I have so much reading! I just checked my ancient civ. homework online and I have like 200 pages by Friday. Well, time to go watch tv!

naw i didnt get shot yet lol =D and the Long Beach its still koo for now but when i was at camp with you my brother almost got jump but im back home now and i dont see them ppl that tryed to jump my brother but im still looking for them k bye 2 sec later and your mom bye LOL

Welcom back to the world. You were missed. Your fans in SF have been extremely dissapointed by your lack of updates!!! It’s good to get a fix of Jon now and then.
